Compromiso Institucional Institutional Commitment
Ethia Compliance implements corporate integrity systems designed to build more ethical, sustainable, and resilient organizations in the face of criminal and reputational risk.
This model has three core objectives: preventing the occurrence of crimes in the business environment, detecting conduct that represents risks to the organization in a timely manner, and responding effectively and proportionately to irregularities.
Ámbito de Aplicación Scope
This system applies to all those who form part of an organization's value chain:
- Partners, directors, and senior management
- Collaborators at all levels
- Suppliers, contractors, and related third parties
The scope extends to all operations and commercial relationships, regardless of the jurisdiction in which they take place.
Enfoque Basado en Riesgos Risk-Based Approach
The model is structured around a risk-based methodology, aligned with recognized international standards. This involves identifying and mapping the relevant criminal risks for each organization, assessing their likelihood and impact, implementing proportionate preventive controls, and maintaining a continuous process of monitoring and adjustment.
We do not apply generic solutions. Each system is designed from the ground up based on the organization's specific reality.
Pilares del Sistema System Pillars
The model is structured around four complementary dimensions:
Code of Ethics and Conduct, anti-corruption policies, conflict of interest management, third-party assessment (due diligence), and financial and operational controls.
Confidential and/or anonymous reporting channel, internal and external audits, and monitoring of operations and transactions.
Internal investigations with functional independence, application of proportionate disciplinary measures, and notification to authorities when required by applicable law.
The system is dynamic. It is reviewed periodically based on regulatory changes, business evolution, and newly identified risks, incorporating audit and assessment results as input for updating controls and policies.
Canal Ético Ethics Channel
Every organization with a robust integrity system requires an accessible, secure, and reliable reporting mechanism. The Ethics Channel guarantees confidentiality and optional anonymity, effective protection against retaliation, and impartial handling of each report.
Good-faith reporting is a pillar of compliance culture.
